Over thirty years ago Tim moved from his job as a furniture maker to work in the field for his father's company. Honing his skills for 15 years, he later transitioned to president of FCC, Inc. when his father, Donald Fredricks, retired in 1999. Tim holds a Professional License, Michigan Builders License, is an ABC Member and is a member of the Builders Advisory Council for Behlen Manufacturing.
