Wow! What an amazing building you have constructed for us! I want to thank you, Byrne, Bob, Jeff and your entire team for the quality work they have done. From the beginning you promised your team could do the job with excellence, stay within budget and complete the job on time. With the job completed as you stated, you are to be commended. A few things that I really appreciate about your team … the resourcefulness applied to solve unexpected issues, the willingness and commitment to make sure we were satisfied, your leadership teams' ability to select and hold the subcontractors to the highest level of performance, your honesty and transparency in your financial dealings and your sincere desire to help us be the best we can be through providing an exceptional product.
