The schedule on this project was a challenge to everyone and without your leadership and the cooperation of your staff the completion date would not have been achieved.

I wish to make a special mention of the spirit of cooperation we received from Terry VanRhee. Progressive AE required a quick response to changes from the subcontractors and even though the project increased in scope, we found Terry prompt and he provided the necessary information we needed.

Your staff followed through, was efficient, and coordinated very well with our superintendent, David Raehl.
